About Digital Marketing Support
Free, private tools for the data side of advertising — built by someone who fixes this data for clients every week.
Why these tools exist
Most advertising problems that cost real money are data problems. A customer list uploads without an error but matches a fraction of the people on it. An offline conversion file is rejected because the date has the wrong format. A tracking link sends paid clicks into “Unassigned”. A product is left out of Shopping ads because one digit of its barcode is wrong.
The fixes are usually small, but the rules are spread across hundreds of help pages, and the free tools that exist often stop at 50 rows, ask for an email address, or upload your customer data to a server. Digital Marketing Support puts each fix in one simple tool: load your file, see every problem in plain English, download a clean file that follows the platform's rules.
How the tools work
- Everything runs in your browser. When you load a file, it is read by your own browser. Nothing you load into a tool is sent to us or anyone else. You can check this yourself: open your browser's developer tools on the Network tab while you use a tool.
- No sign-up, no email walls. Large files (100,000 rows and more) are processed in the background so the page does not freeze.
- Plain-English results. Every problem shows the row, what is wrong and how to fix it.
How the platform rules are checked
Every rule a tool follows — column headers, date formats, hashing, character limits, macro names — is copied from the platform's own help or developer pages. Each tool page lists those official pages and the date they were last checked. Rules are re-checked regularly, and straight away when a platform announces a change. If a rule cannot be confirmed on an official page, the tool does not use it.
The tools follow the rules as each platform publishes them, but the platform always makes the final decision about your data, your ads and your account. See the disclaimer.
Independent and free
This site is not affiliated with Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit, X, Amazon or any other platform. It is paid for by EmproIT, the agency behind it (and by ads, when they are switched on), which helps businesses that want this set up for them.
