Frequently asked questions
Which ad reports can I analyze with these tools?
Google Ads auction insights and Quality Score reports, Meta Ads breakdown reports, Merchant Center item issue downloads and conversion lag data. Export the report from the platform as CSV or Excel and load it into the matching tool.
Can I clean lead exports from Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Ads here?
Yes. There is a cleaner for each one. They fix the platform’s odd formats — such as the p: prefix Meta puts in front of phone numbers — and give you a CRM-ready CSV with clear column names.
Is my report or lead data uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything is processed in your browser. Lead files contain personal details, so they never leave your computer.
How long do ad platforms keep downloadable leads?
Download them often. Meta keeps leads available to download for 90 days (Meta Business Help). Google Ads lets you download leads from the last 30 days as CSV and deletes them after 60 days (Google Ads Help). LinkedIn keeps leads from Sponsored ads for 365 days and some other lead types, such as Company Page leads, for 90 days (LinkedIn Help).
Do these tools connect to my ad accounts?
No. You download the report yourself and load the file. The tools never ask for a login.
