Terms of Use
By using Digital Marketing Support (the “site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who runs this site
Digital Marketing Support is run by the Digital Marketing Support team. Contact: see the contact page.
1. Free to use
All tools and guides are free for personal and business use. You may use the files and code the tools create in your own work and for your clients.
2. Your data and your responsibility
The tools run in your browser and do not send your data to us. You are responsible for having the right to use any customer data you load into a tool, and for following the privacy laws that apply to you and each ad platform's own policies (for example its customer data terms) when you upload the results.
3. No warranty
The tools follow each platform's published rules as of the “rules last checked” date on each page, but platforms change their rules. The tools and guides are provided “as is”, without any warranty that they are complete, error-free or suited to a particular purpose. Always review a file before you upload it.
4. The platforms decide
Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit, X, Amazon and other platforms make the final decision about whether they accept, match or approve your data, ads and products. A clean result in our tools does not guarantee approval or a particular match rate.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage — including lost revenue, ad spend or data — that comes from using, or not being able to use, the site.
6. Acceptable use
Do not try to disrupt the site, copy it in bulk, or use it to process data you have no right to use.
7. Our content
The text, guides, design and code of this site belong to Digital Marketing Support. You may quote short parts with a link back. The files and code a tool creates for you are yours to use.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the site owner is based, without affecting any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
